, I asked. Has Mexico, the country has built a vehicle that is own? As the engineering of nowhere, fully tested, and then put a name plate on the grid in Mexico? I know they are VW Mexico. I know they have the auto plants in the U.S., in Mexico. They are there for the cost of cheap labor, very well. I think of them as a tool that can be used to get the car built as cheaply as possible.
